For example, it is common for many homeowners to throw away items that could actually be restored because they don’t have the knowledge or equipment to save them. This could lead to you having to pay for a lot of property repairs and furnishings that you wouldn’t have had to pay for if you would have hired a team of professionals.

If I could recommend sainthood it would go to Jill at Lotus restoration services. To make a long short she literally saved us thousands of dollars of expenses. We live 1200 miles from the property we were having issues with. My wife and I talked to over a dozen of different vendors doing various tasks and we spend plenty of money doing so. We received Jills information from one of those vendors and found out that the problem wasn't even ours. Jill took the bull by the horns, made calls on our behalf and lined up what really needed to be done for the tenant below us that was really having the issue. I swear I wouldn't look anywhere else. She's amazing and her customer service is the way customer service should based on. Thank you Jill.

I called Lotus on a Sunday night because my AC was leaking into my Ceiling. Jill gave recommendations for HVAC Companies to fix the leak and had a Lotus crew to my house the next morning to clear out the damaged ceiling and to dry out the area. Chris (who worked on everything) was wonderful with answering all of my questions and very responsive to texts. If I could give more stars I would.
