Lotus Restoration Services to our rescue!  We suffered a clean water flood in a portion of our home.  Lotus came in, assessed the issues, and immediately began water mitigation to limit the damage to our home.  The 2 technicians assigned to our home were professional, polite, informative, and the same technicians came to our home for every follow-up visit.  Of the 6 rooms that were flooded, only one wall needed to have some drywall opened to fully dry out.  This company saved our home with limited invasive procedures! I am a realtor and was referred to Lotus for mold remediation at a client's home.  Lotus was able to swiftly provide me with an estimate the same day which was greatly appreciated given certain time constraints.  When we decided to proceed with the work, Lotus started right away, provided updates during the course of the work, and completed the job in a timely manner.  The final product is excellent.  They provided a detailed report describing the work performed  including photos and a certification that the issue was fully resolved.  Jill, Nichole, John and the team at Lotus have excellent customer service, communication and diligence, that is, all the things a customer looks for. I would highly recommend Lotus Restoration Services. Every employee I interacted with from Debi in the office to Tanner and his crew Josh and Daniel were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were timely and communicative throughout our restoration process. It was a small project for them, but they treated it with as much importance as a high dollar large job. If I could recommend sainthood it would go to Jill at Lotus restoration services. To make a long short she literally saved us thousands of dollars of expenses. We live 1200 miles from the property  we were having issues with. My wife and I talked to over a dozen of different vendors doing various tasks and we spend plenty of money doing so. We received Jills information from one of those vendors and found out that the problem wasn't even ours. Jill took the bull by the horns, made calls on our behalf and lined up what really needed to be done for the tenant below us that was really having the issue. I swear I wouldn't look anywhere else. We had a small issue that needed a professional opinion. Even though this was not something that benefited Lotus financially, Jill demonstrated great knowledge and was more than helpful in answering and resolving our questions. Problem solved!
