If I could recommend sainthood it would go to Jill at Lotus restoration services. To make a long short she literally saved us thousands of dollars of expenses. We live 1200 miles from the property  we were having issues with. My wife and I talked to over a dozen of different vendors doing various tasks and we spend plenty of money doing so. We received Jills information from one of those vendors and found out that the problem wasn't even ours. Jill took the bull by the horns, made calls on our behalf and lined up what really needed to be done for the tenant below us that was really having the issue. I swear I wouldn't look anywhere else. We had an AC water leak in our attic and needed to see if we had black mold as a result.  Our appointment was quickly scheduled, Josh arrived 15 minutes early and was incredibly polite, thorough and honest. I called Lotus on a Sunday night because my AC was leaking into my Ceiling. Jill gave recommendations for HVAC Companies to fix the leak and had a Lotus crew to my house the next morning to clear out the damaged ceiling and to dry out the area. Matt Ross was awesome! His professionalism, mannerism, communication, and sweet soul made the experience so much more easier to deal with. Matt actually made me feel like I mattered and the fact that he was not settling for half doing the job really wowed me. He treated my family like his own. Way to go Matt!!!!
