Nichole Clinger is the Owner and Operations Manager of Lotus Restoration Services, a trusted restoration company serving Arizona since 2015. With more than 25 years of experience in the restoration industry, Nichole oversees billing, estimating, project operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable while ensuring every project reflects the company’s commitment to integrity and customer care. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and has completed extensive IICRC certifications and restoration training, providing a strong foundation for her leadership and technical expertise.

Nichole specializes in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, reconstruction, trauma cleanup, and biohazard mitigation. Throughout her career, she has championed advanced drying techniques that help preserve structural materials whenever possible, reducing repair costs and minimizing disruption for homeowners and business owners. Her expertise has contributed to Lotus Restoration’s reputation for fair assessments, ethical practices, and exceptional customer service. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Nichole is actively involved in the community. She is a member of Phoenix Women in Leadership and has volunteered in numerous human services initiatives, including facilitating support groups and training volunteers. She has also coached youth softball and continues to support local schools and club sports programs through sponsorships. Outside of work, Nichole enjoys reading, lifelong learning, camping, swimming, and exploring Arizona’s forests and deserts with her family.
