Is Mold a Health Hazard?

If I could recommend sainthood it would go to Jill at Lotus restoration services. To make a long short she literally saved us thousands of dollars of expenses. We live 1200 miles from the property we were having issues with. My wife and I talked to over a dozen of different vendors doing various tasks and we spend plenty of money doing so. We received Jills information from one of those vendors and found out that the problem wasn't even ours. Jill took the bull by the horns, made calls on our behalf and lined up what really needed to be done for the tenant below us that was really having the issue. I swear I wouldn't look anywhere else. Jill gave recommendations for HVAC Companies to fix the leak and had a Lotus crew to my house the next morning to clear out the damaged ceiling and to dry out the area.
